Director (Refinery) Stresses Integrity in Everyday Decisions
Nandakumar Velayudhan Pillai, Director (Refinery), underlined that integrity must guide everyday decisions rather than remain limited to formal observances.
Drawing lessons from Aesop’s fables, the life of former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri and the principle of Satyameva Jayate, he observed that honesty may not always deliver immediate rewards, but it provides lasting peace of mind and strengthens ethical values. His address highlighted the importance of embedding honesty and accountability into routine professional responsibilities.
Director (Finance) Emphasises Efficient Use of Public Resources
Devendra Kumar, Director (Finance), highlighted the need to combine integrity with efficiency in financial management and governance.
