Patna: The North Association of Civil Servants (NACS) Bihar–Jharkhand has announced the launch of its annual Interview Guidance Programme (IGP) for candidates from Bihar and Jharkhand who have qualified the UPSC Civil Services Main Examination (2025). Eligible candidates can now register on the NACS website to receive structured guidance ahead of the prestigious personality test.
This year, NACS has expanded its support system by introducing offline mock interviews in both Delhi and Patna, while continuing its online mode for candidates residing outside these cities.
Registration Opens for IAS Interview Coaching
Candidates belonging to Bihar and Jharkhand who cleared the UPSC Mains Examination—results of which were announced in November—can register for IGP at: www.nacsbiharjharkhand.org.in
NACS has urged aspirants to complete their registration early so that personalised guidance and scheduling for mock interviews can be arranged. Updates will be shared regularly through the NACS Twitter handle @NacsBihar_JH and its official Facebook page.
A Legacy of Support for Civil Service Aspirants
Formed in 2014 by BK Prasad (IAS, 1983 batch) along with several civil servants from Bihar and Jharkhand, NACS aims to foster professional collaboration among officers while contributing to the development of their home states.
To support this mission, NACS has been conducting free Prelims, Mains, and Interview guidance programmes for several years. Last year, out of 58 candidates registered with NACS, over 30 successfully secured final selection into the Civil Services.
