In a significant step towards empowering youth and enhancing employment opportunities, NBCC (India) Limited and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to set up a state-of-the-art ‘Multi-Skill Training Institute & Model Career Centre’ in Delhi.
The MoU was formalized in the presence of NBCC’s Chairman and Managing Director, Functional Directors, and senior officials from both organizations. This partnership is aimed at bridging the skill gap and improving employability by providing industry-relevant training and career guidance to aspiring professionals.

NBCC, a Navratna CPSE under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India, plays a vital role in infrastructure development across the country. Its core areas of operation include Project Management Consultancy (PMC), Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC), and Real Estate Development.
CII, established in 1895, is a premier industry body with a strong national and international presence. It operates 70 offices across India, including 12 Centres of Excellence. The organization plays a pivotal role in policy advocacy, fostering innovation, and building skills across sectors through its extensive industry networks
The collaboration is expected to leverage NBCC’s expertise in infrastructure and CII’s experience in skill development to create a meaningful impact on India’s human capital. The centre will not only provide multi-skill training aligned with industry needs but also act as a model hub for career counselling and job placement support.
