Key Details of the E-Auction

The e-auction covered:

  • Aspire Leisure Valley, Greater Noida (West): Tower Nos. 7 & 8
  • Aspire Silicon City, Phase-IV, Noida: Tower No. 05, Sector-76

The auction was conducted under Sub-Package-4, and NBCC will earn a marketing fee of 1% of the total sale value from the transaction. The funds from this and other major sales, including over ₹3,200 crore earmarked for the Amrapali project completion, highlight NBCC’s role in accelerating real estate development and meeting growing market demand for ready-to-move properties.
