NBCC Completes E-Auction of 417 Residential Units Worth Over ₹1,045 Crore in Greater Noida and Noida

New Delhi: State-owned NBCC (India) Ltd has successfully completed an e-auction of residential units with a total sale value of approximately ₹1,045.40 crore, the company announced in a regulatory filing on Tuesday. The auction involved the sale of 417 residential units across multiple projects in Greater Noida and Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Key Details of the E-Auction

The e-auction covered:

  • Aspire Leisure Valley, Greater Noida (West): Tower Nos. 7 & 8
  • Aspire Silicon City, Phase-IV, Noida: Tower No. 05, Sector-76

The auction was conducted under Sub-Package-4, and NBCC will earn a marketing fee of 1% of the total sale value from the transaction. The company clarified that the e-auction was carried out in the normal course of business, reflecting strong demand for ready-to-move residential properties in the region.

Financial Impact and Significance

The successful e-auction marks a significant milestone for NBCC’s real estate business, generating hundreds of crores in revenue. The transaction demonstrates continued demand for premium residential units in Greater Noida and Noida, with Aspire Leisure Valley alone contributing approximately ₹485 crore in December 2025.

The funds from this and other major sales, including over ₹3,200 crore earmarked for the Amrapali project completion, highlight NBCC’s role in accelerating real estate development and meeting growing market demand for ready-to-move properties.
