New Delhi: NBCC (India) Limited on Wednesday announced the successful sale of 609 residential flats through an e-auction, generating a total value of approximately ₹1,069.43 crore. The sale covers units across two major housing projects located in Greater Noida (West), marking a significant milestone in the company’s real estate operations.
E-Auction Conducted Across Two Key Projects
According to NBCC’s regulatory filing, the e-auction included residential units from the following projects:
Aspire Leisure Valley – Package 2 (Tower 1 & 2)
These towers form part of a larger township development and were offered under the company’s revival and completion initiatives.
Aspire Centurian Park – Sub-Package 1
The auction also covered units in Tower 10 and the Iconic Tower (36th floor and above), attracting strong buyer interest due to the project’s location and premium offerings.
NBCC confirmed that the e-auction was conducted as part of its regular business activities.

NBCC to Earn Marketing Fee
For managing and executing the e-auction process, NBCC will earn a 1% marketing fee on the total sale value. The company stated that the transaction aligns with its standard revenue model in project marketing, sales, and management services.

The impressive sale volume underscores strong demand for residential properties in Greater Noida West—one of the fastest-growing urban clusters in the NCR region. NBCC’s involvement in stalled or incomplete projects has been instrumental in restoring buyer confidence and ensuring timely project delivery.
