New Delhi: In a significant step towards digital transformation and efficient governance, NBCC (India) Limited, under the leadership of Chairman and Managing Director K.P. Mahadevaswamy, has launched a new Travel Allowance (TA) Bill Module. The initiative aims to simplify the submission and processing of TA claims for regular employees, while enhancing transparency, efficiency, and record maintenance.

Seamless and Automated Processing of TA Claims

The newly launched TA Bill Module allows employees to submit their travel allowance claims in a fully digital format, eliminating the need for physical documents. The system ensures centralized and automated processing, reducing administrative delays and minimizing errors associated with manual submission.

The module is designed to generate Management Information System (MIS) reports, providing HR and finance departments with real-time data on TA claims and approvals. This feature ensures systematic record-keeping and helps in better decision-making for employee reimbursements.
