National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC) emerged as a frontrunner in digital innovation and cybersecurity at the ‘Governance Now 10th India PSU IT Awards 2025’, held in New Delhi today.
The company was honored with multiple prestigious awards:
- Cybersecurity & Data Protection and Digital Transformation Excellence Award
- Digital Transformation Leader of the Year (CIO/CTO) – awarded to Dr. Prashant Atreya, Executive Director (IT&C), NHPC
- Digital Security Leader of the Year (CISO) – awarded to Vibhor Gupta, General Manager (IT), NHPC
- Dr. Prashant Atreya, along with NHPC’s IT&C team, received the awards on behalf of the organization
