Phased Commercial Operation of Bhadla Solar Project

The Bhadla Solar PV Project, one of India’s largest solar power plants, is being developed by NTPC RE through its subsidiary NTPC Green Energy Ltd (NGEL). The declaration of the commercial operation date (COD) for the first phase capacity of 300 MW marks a key milestone in the project’s phased implementation. The remaining 200 MW is expected to be commissioned in subsequent phases, further enhancing the renewable energy portfolio of NTPC.
