New Delhi: NTPC Limited, India’s largest power generation company and a Maharatna PSU, has been recognised as a Top Employer in India for 2026 by the Top Employers Institute, marking the fourth consecutive year the company has received this prestigious certification. The Top Employers Institute, a global authority in HR certification operating across 131 countries, evaluates organisations through its comprehensive HR Best Practices Survey. The survey assesses six key HR domains across 20 topics, including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, and Employee Wellbeing.
NTPC successfully completed the survey, validation, and audit process under the Institute’s certification programme, earning the Top Employer 2026 status. The recognition underscores NTPC’s philosophy of “People before PLF (Plant Load Factor)”, prioritising employee engagement, wellbeing, and professional growth alongside organisational performance.
