Odisha: Govt Promotes Two IAS Officers to Addl Chief Secy Rank

The Odisha Government has announced the promotion of two IAS officers to the prestigious rank of Additional Chief Secretary. According to a notification issued today, the promotions were granted to two senior officers from the Odisha cadre.

Hemant Sharma, a 1995-batch IAS officer, has been elevated to the Apex Grade (Level-17 of the Pay Matrix) and appointed as Additional Chief Secretary. Sharma will continue in his current position until further orders, as stated in the notification.

Additionally, Smt. Ranjana Chopra, a 1994-batch IAS officer, has received a proforma promotion to the Apex Grade (Level-17 of the Pay Matrix).
