Odisha Public Service Prelims Exam Time Table Released; Check Details Here

The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has released the time table of the state civil services preliminary examination. The preliminary examination will be conducted on October 15 in five zones across the state. 

“It is for information of all concerned that, the Commission has decided to conduct the Odisha Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination-2022 on 15.10.2023 (Sunday) in five zones i.e. Balasore, Berhampur, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack & Sambalpur,” the commission stated in a notice.  

As per the time table shared by the commission, General Studies (Paper 1) will be held from 10 am to 12 pm while General Studies (Paper 2) will be held from 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm. There will be 100 objective type questions in Paper 1 and 80 in Paper 2. 

“All the candidates belonging to PwD category will be given 40 minutes extra in each sitting i.e. from 10.00 A.M. to 12.40 P.M. & 1.30 P.M. to 4.10 P.M,” the commission said.  

The commission also said the “Admission Certificate” and “Instructions to candidates” will be available later in the website of the Commission. 

“The candidates are required to visit the website of the Commission to download their Admission Certificate & Instructions to Candidates. The candidates are advised to visit the website of the Commission at http://oosc.gov.in for further information in this regard,” the commission added.
