New Delhi: The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has recommended Rekha Pandey for the key post of Director (Personnel) at Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL). The recommendation was made after a detailed selection process conducted by PESB, where 11 senior professionals from leading public sector organisations and government departments were interviewed.
Rekha Pandey is currently serving as General Manager (HR/CSR) at Coal India Limited (CIL). With extensive experience in human resource management and corporate social responsibility, she was selected as the preferred candidate for leading MCL’s personnel division.
PESB Conducts Selection Process for Director (Personnel) Post
The PESB selection meeting evaluated candidates with strong professional backgrounds in human resources, administration and public sector management.
After assessing the qualifications, experience and leadership capabilities of all applicants, the board recommended Rekha Pandey for the position.
The appointment will proceed further through the required government approval process.
