Hemant Verma Appointed Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO)
Hemant Verma has been appointed as the new Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of Punjab & Sind Bank, a significant leadership role that also extends to his responsibilities as CVO for CERSAI (Central Registry of Securitisation Asset Reconstruction and Security Interest of India) and IIFCL (India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited). Verma, who brings over 17 years of experience in banking, has a strong focus on governance, vigilance, and compliance. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
Binay Kumar Gupta Takes Over as CGM Zonal Manager Kolkata
In addition, Binay Kumar Gupta will assume the position of Chief General Manager (CGM) and Zonal Manager for the Kolkata Zonal Office. Gupta, who previously served as the CGM of the Business Analytics & Risk Management Division at PNB’s Head Office in New Delhi, boasts over 30 years of experience in banking. He is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB) and has made significant contributions to business growth and risk management during his career.
