Navaratna PSU RITES Celebrates 50 Years Of Its Foundation

RITES Limited celebrated its 50th anniversary through a month-long Foundation Day celebration that concluded with a cultural evening in Gurugram

On April 29th, a leading engineering consultancy firm in India called RITES Limited celebrated its 50th anniversary through a month-long Foundation Day celebration under the theme “Marking The Gold” that concluded with a cultural evening at Shikhar, RITES’ Corporate Office in Gurugram.

The pristine ceremony was graced by the presence of Mr. Rahul Mithal, RITES’ Chairman & Management Director (CMD), who launched RITES’ coffee table book – Atulya, a compilation tracing the organisation’s illustrious journey of becoming ‘The Infrastructure People.’ Also, it marked the unveiling of ‘RITES Dharohar,’ a novel initiative to cherish the PSU’s legacy and encapsulate the essence of its core values — Integrity, Professionalism and Excellence.

Mr. Mithal said, “From pioneering projects to fostering sustainable practices, RITES’ five-decade journey has been characterized by resilience, innovation, transformation, efficiency, and sustainability. Surging ahead, leveraging our expertise we will continue playing a meaningful role in sustainable infrastructure development.”

Established in 1974, RITES has built a distinguished reputation for its comprehensive engineering and consultancy services across sectors and has secured the coveted Navaratna status from the GoI. It is also listed as one of the top 500 companies in India.
