The Punjab government has transferred two IAS officers in the state with immediate effect and postings.
The names and postings of the officers are as follows:
2013 batch IAS officer Harpreet Singh Sudan who is the Director, Sports and Youth services and in addition Director, Technical Education and Industrial Training and in addition Controller, Printing and Stationery has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary, Water Supply and Sanitation and in addition HOD, Department of water supply and Sanitation against vacant post and in addition, Director, Technical Education and Industrial Training and in addition Controller, Printing and Stationery.
2014 batch IAS officer Rishi Pal Singh who is the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar has been transferred. His services are placed at the disposal of the Department of Agriculture and Farmer’s Welfare for posting as Registrar, Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana.
