The officers who received new assignments are Mr. Harsunhinder Pal Singh Brar and Mr. Rubinderjit Singh Brar, both belonging to the 2020 IAS batch.
Harsunhinder Pal Singh Brar Appointed Director, Higher Education Punjab
Mr. Harsunhinder Pal Singh Brar has been made available for posting as Director, Higher Education, Punjab, relieving Mr. Harpreet Singh Sudan, IAS, of the additional charge he was holding. This move is expected to bring renewed focus and strategic leadership to Punjab’s higher education sector, aiming to strengthen academic governance, enhance policy implementation, and improve institutional performance across the state.
Rubinderjit Singh Brar Assigned as Additional CEO, Punjab Investment Promotion Bureau
Mr. Rubinderjit Singh Brar has been posted as Additional Chief Executive Officer, Punjab Bureau of Investment Promotion. His services have been placed at the disposal of the Department of Investment Promotion. In this capacity, Mr. Brar will play a pivotal role in facilitating investment projects, promoting industrial growth, and supporting the state’s vision for economic development.
