New Delhi: RailTel Corporation of India Limited has secured a major ₹42.63 crore work order from National Informatics Centre Services Incorporated for implementing a New Core Link under the National Knowledge Network (NKN) Project.

The project highlights RailTel’s growing role in strengthening India’s digital and telecom infrastructure, particularly for government-led technology initiatives.

According to the company, the contract will involve the development of telecom infrastructure for a new core network link under the National Knowledge Network.
