The Bhajan Lal Sharma government has recently orchestrated a major IAS reshuffle in the state by transferring as many as 104 officers, including several senior ones.

Ms. Shubhra Singh (1989 batch) has been appointed the Chairperson of the Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation. Ms. Shreya Guha (1994 batch) has been appointed the Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) of the Rural Development Department in Jaipur. IAS Bhaskar Atmaram has been made the Principal Secretary of the Public Health Engineering and Ground Water Department in Jaipur, while Mr. Rajesh Kumar Yadav (1996 batch) has been appointed Principal Secretary of the Health Department.

IAS Hemant Kumar Gera has been made the Chairperson of the Revenue Board in Ajmer. Ms. Gayatri A. Rathore (1997 batch) has been appointed as Principal Secretary of Medical, Health & Family Welfare and Panchayati Raj. Mr. Vaibhav Galriya (1998 batch) has been made Principal Secretary of the Urban Development and Housing Department. Mr. T. Ravikant (1998 batch) has been appointed Principal Secretary of the Mines and Petroleum Department. Mr. Subir Kumar (1998 batch) has been made Principal Secretary of the Department of Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution. IAS Bhawani Singh Detha has been appointed as a member of the Revenue Board in Ajmer. Mr. Vikas Sitaramji (1999 batch) has been appointed Chairperson of the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal.
