NBCC (India) Limited has re-appointed Rajeev Kumar as a Non-Official Independent Director on its Board for a period of one year, following approval from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA). The reappointment was conveyed to NBCC via an official communication dated May 10, 2025.
The reappointment order, issued on May 9, 2025, states that his tenure will continue for one year from the date of notification or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
A Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Kumar also holds a graduate degree in Physics (Hons.) and a certification in Concurrent Audit. He has been in professional practice since 2004 and brings extensive experience in Taxation, Corporate Laws, and Auditing.
Kumar has no inter-se relationship with any Board member and does not hold any shares in the company.
