Mumbai: Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF) has appointed Rajnikant Bhulabhai Tandel as an Independent Director on its Board for a period of three years, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
The appointment was approved through a circular resolution of the RCF Board of Directors on August 31, 2026. The company disclosed the appointment in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

He is a practicing advocate with more than 20 years of professional experience in tax consultancy and liaisoning activities.

- Income Tax
- Industrial consultancy
- Liaisoning activities
- Advisory services for traders and manufacturers
His legal and tax-related experience is expected to bring additional professional expertise to the RCF Board.
Tandel’s Social Service Activities
Alongside his professional career, Tandel has been involved in social service and community-oriented activities.
He provides legal and professional advice to people in need and has also offered free notary services to school students, economically weaker individuals and senior citizens.
Regulatory Compliance Confirmed
RCF stated that there is no relationship between Rajnikant Bhulabhai Tandel and the existing directors of the company.
The company also confirmed that there are no orders of debarment issued by SEBI or any other statutory authority that would prevent him from holding the position of Independent Director.
The appointment details have been disclosed to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited as part of the company’s regulatory filings.
