New Delhi: NBCC (India) Ltd., a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, has announced a remarkable financial performance for the first quarter of FY 2025-26. The company recorded substantial year-on-year growth in its key profitability metrics—EBITDA, Profit Before Tax (PBT), and Profit After Tax (PAT)—both on a standalone and consolidated basis.

Financial Highlights: Q1 FY 2025-26 vs Q1 FY 2024-25

  • Standalone Performance
  • Income from Operations stood at ₹1,655.47 crore, up from ₹1,627.34 crore.
  • EBITDA increased to ₹97.37 crore, up from ₹78.29 crore.
  • EBITDA Margin rose to 5.88%.
  • PBT grew by 31.72%, rising from ₹116.25 crore to ₹153.13 crore.
  • PAT rose to ₹114.08 crore, marking a 31.69% growth from ₹86.63 crore.

Consolidated Performance

  • Income from Operations reached ₹2,391.19 crore, up from ₹2,142.53 crore.
  • EBITDA climbed to ₹110.16 crore, compared to ₹91.63 crore in the same period last year.
  • EBITDA Margin stood at 4.61%.
  • PBT increased by 26.15%, reaching ₹181.45 crore from ₹143.84 crore.
  • PAT grew by 25.97%, rising to ₹135.03 crore from ₹107.19 crore.

The financial results were approved by NBCC’s Board of Directors at its meeting held on Thursday, August 7, 2025. The performance reflects the company’s steady momentum and its focus on operational efficiency and strategic project execution.
