In a major step toward advancing renewable energy infrastructure, RITES Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Institute of Solar Energy (NISE), a premier R&D institute under the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE). The collaboration aims to ensure robust Quality Assurance (QA) services for solar and other renewable energy projects, reinforcing India’s green energy commitments.
This strategic partnership will combine RITES’ vast expertise in quality assurance with NISE’s pioneering research and technological advancements in solar energy. Together, the organizations aim to deliver innovative solutions in solar photovoltaic (PV), solar thermal applications, green hydrogen, and broader renewable energy domains.
As per the MoU, RITES will focus on providing QA services critical for project success, while NISE will contribute through cutting-edge research, training programs, and technological support. The collaboration is expected to strengthen renewable energy infrastructure and promote skill development to support India’s transition to sustainable energy.
By aligning their strengths, RITES and NISE are set to play a pivotal role in ensuring quality and reliability in renewable energy projects, fostering innovation, and accelerating India’s journey toward a greener future.
