RVNL Appoints Jay Singh as Executive Director (S&T) to Strengthen Innovation in Railway Infrastructure

New Delhi: Mr. Jay Singh has been appointed as Executive Director (Science & Technology) at Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) on an immediate absorption basis. The appointment follows an interview conducted on 8th January 2026 under Vacancy Notice No. 2025/RVNL/44-S&T dated 13th November 2025. Mr. Singh will be based at the Corporate Office in New Delhi and assume responsibilities critical to driving the organization’s technology and innovation strategy.

Key Responsibilities and Strategic Role

In his new role, Mr. Jay Singh will oversee:

  • Science & Technology strategy across RVNL projects
  • Implementation of technology initiatives and digital integration
  • Technical delivery and quality control across ongoing and upcoming railway infrastructure projects

The appointment highlights RVNL’s emphasis on technical excellence, innovation, and modernization in India’s rail infrastructure, ensuring projects meet high standards of efficiency, safety, and technological sophistication.
