Rail Vikas Nigam Q3 FY2026 Net Profit Rises 4% to ₹324 Crore, Declares ₹1 Interim Dividend

Mumbai: Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), a leading railway infrastructure PSU, announced its unaudited financial results for Q3 FY2026, reporting steady performance and declaring an interim dividend for shareholders.

Q3 FY2026 Consolidated Financial Highlights

For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, RVNL reported:

  • Net Profit: ₹324.14 crore – up 4% YoY from ₹311.58 crore
  • Revenue from Operations: ₹4,684.46 crore – 2.6% YoY growth
  • Profit Before Tax (PBT): ₹415.12 crore – 0.5% YoY increase
  • Earnings Per Share (EPS): ₹1.55
  • Total Income: ₹4,936.14 crore

Nine-month performance (Apr-Dec 2025) saw net profit at ₹689 crore, reflecting a 16.2% decline YoY, while revenue rose modestly by 1.6% to ₹13,716.21 crore.

Dividend Declaration

The Board of Directors approved an interim dividend of ₹1 per share (10% of face value of ₹10) for FY2025-26.

  • Payment Date: On or before Friday, March 6, 2026
  • Total Payout: ₹208.50 crore

This dividend aims to reward shareholders while reflecting RVNL’s steady financial performance.
