Mumbai: Shipping Corporation of India Land and Assets Limited (SCILAL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Singapore-based Synergy Marine Group to collaborate on maritime training, research, and knowledge exchange. The agreement was executed on April 6, 2026, at 3:30 PM IST, marking a strategic step to strengthen India’s maritime sector.
