Jamshedpur: South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) Director (HR) Biranchi Das participated in a panel discussion on “Labour Reforms & Its Implications for Labour Relations: Industrial Relations” at the HR for Greater Good Conclave organised at XLRI, Jamshedpur.

The conclave is being held from August 31 to September 2, 2026, bringing together leading HR professionals, industry experts and thought leaders to discuss emerging trends and contemporary challenges in human resource management and industrial relations.
