Shalini Pandit’s Appointment and Career Overview

In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on December 5, 2025, LIC confirmed the appointment of Ms. Pandit under Section 4(2)(d) of the Life Insurance Corporation Act, 1956.
