New Delhi: Sipra Bajpai has been appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF), a prominent Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) under the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers. Her appointment is effective from September 11, 2025, for a period of three years from the date of official notification (May 22, 2025), or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Ms. Bajpai holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from FM University, Balasore, Odisha. Her academic qualifications are expected to bring added value in financial and legal oversight within the board’s strategic functions.

Since 2019, Ms. Bajpai has served as the State Secretary of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Odisha, where she has been actively involved in strengthening the party’s organizational framework, coordinating grassroots campaigns, and leading public outreach initiatives.
