Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court on Monday directed police investigating a sexual harassment case against suspended trainee IPS officer M.Uday Krishna Reddy not to proceed with his potency examination until Tuesday, when his petition challenging the test is expected to be heard.
Justice J. Srinivas Rao passed the interim direction while hearing a criminal petition filed by Uday Krishna Reddy, who has challenged the order of a lower court permitting the investigating officer to subject him to a potency examination.
