The government of Telangana recently carried out a bureaucratic reshuffle in the state, transferring several eminent IAS officers.
The IAS transferees are:
- Mr. Vikas Raj (1992 batch), last posted as Special Chief Secretary to Government, Transport, Housing & General Administration (Coordination with Government of India and Smart Governance) Department, has been re-designated as Special Chief Secretary to Government, TR & B Department.
- Dr. T K Sreedevi (2004 batch), last posted as Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Scheduled Caste Development, relieving Mr. N Sridhar (1997 batch) from FAC of the said post.
- Mr. Syed Ali Murtaza Rizvi (1999 batch), last posted as the Principal Secretary to Government, Commercial Taxes & Excise Department, has been placed in FAC of the post of Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, until further orders.
- Mr. S Harish (2015 batch), previously posted as Joint Secretary in the TR & B Department, has been transferred and posted as Joint Secretary in the Revenue (Disaster Management) Department.
- Mr. P Uday Kumar (2016 batch), last posted as Joint Secretary in the A & C Department, has been placed in FAC for the post of Director in the Marketing department.
- Ms. Chekka Priyanka (2018 batch), last posted as Additional Collector (Local Bodies) in Suryapet, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to Government, MA & UD Department.
