India’s `Super Mentor’ cop Mr Mahesh Bhagwat, the police commissioner of Telangana’s Rachakonda area who is credited for the success of over 500 UPSC aspirants over the years, has felicitated two young civil servants in Hyderabad.
The two, who cleared UPSC-2019, were mentored by Mr Bhagwat, an IPS officer himself, for the personality test before the interview board. They are Taimakula Rahul Reddy (rank 117) of Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh, and B Mithun Raja Yadav (rank 568) of Warangal.
Out of 829 candidates who cleared UPSC exam of 2019, as many as 125 were mentored by Mr Bhagwat. Out of these, 14 were in the top 100 ranks.
Taking note of Mr Bhagwat’s stupendous, and almost unbelievable, achievements, Indian Masterminds had recently done a detailed feature on this remarkable man. Here is the link to that piece:https://indianmasterminds.com/features/change-makers/here-comes-the-super-mentor/
