Three senior IPS officers have been inducted as Superintendents of Police (SP) in the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
The names of the officers are as follows:
- 2010 batch IPS officer Gagandeep Singla of Rajasthan cadre
- 2012 batch IPS officer C Kalaichelvan of Tamil Nadu cadre
- 2014 batch IPS officer Gaurav Abhijit Dilip Assam cadre
The Appointment Committee of the Cabinet on Tuesday (28.11.2023) approved the posting of IPS officers for a period of five years from the date of assumption of the charge or until further order, on deputation basis.
