Positive Changes for Divyangjans, says CM Dhami
Congratulating the awardees, CM Dhami emphasized that the honor would not only bring positive changes to their lives but also alter societal perceptions about them. “The honor given to Divyang heroes will inspire a shift in society’s thinking and attitude,” he said, commending the courage and determination of the awardees who overcame physical challenges to achieve success.
