IAS officer Bhupendra S Chaudhary has been posted as Special Secretary/Director, Disabled Empowerment Department, Uttar Pradesh government. An IAS officer of Uttar Pradesh cadre and 2009 batch, Mr. Chaudhary was Special Secretary, Irrigation and Water Resources. Earlier, he served as DM and Collector- Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh and also as Special Secretary- Irrigation and Water Resources, Govt of Uttar Pradesh.
