The Uttar Pradesh government has decided to promote more than 100 IAS officers in New Year 2021. The promotion includes secretaries, chief secretaries and different posts of officer. The officers will be transferred following promotions.
According to the reports, 126 IAS officers will be promoted in January 2021. The department has already started working on it. Transport commissioner Dheeraj Sahu including seven IAS officers will be promoted to the post of secretaries and chief secretaries. Special secretary to the CM and director of civil aviation, Surendra Singh including 14 senior IAS officers will be promoted to secretaries.
The officers of junior administrative grade to selection grade, senior time scale to junior administrative grade and junior scale to senior time scale will be promoted also.
