In a strategic move aimed at accelerating administrative reforms and project completion, 2004 batch IAS officer and CEO of the Greater Noida Authority in Uttar Pradeh, Mr Ravikumar NG has restructured departmental responsibilities among five key IAS officers.
A promotee IAS officer Saumya Srivastava has been appointed as the lead for departments concerning land, agriculture, farmers, population, law, builder marketing, and industry. As Officer on Special Duty (OSD), her role will focus on enhancing transparency and efficiency in land-related matters, addressing farmer issues, and overseeing builder projects.
Ashutosh Kumar Dwivedi (Promoted to IAS in 2020), the Assistant Chief Executive Officer (ACEO), will now handle a diverse portfolio that includes Commercial, Residential, Special Projects, Night Safari, Heliport Project, and various Work Circles (5, 6, 8), along with Gram Vikas, Gangajal, Sewer, and Den departments.
2016 batch IAS officer Sunil Kumar Singh, Senior Executive Officer (SEO), has been designated as the Additional Chief Executive Officer in-charge of Greater Noida West. His responsibilities will extend to overseeing Work Circles 1, 2, 3, and managing Institutional Assets and Finance within the Project Department.
2017 batch IAS officer Srilakshmi VS, another ACEO, will oversee Institutional Planning, Garden, Personnel, Project, and IT departments. Her focus on technical and structural areas, including IT and institutional planning, is expected to drive improvements in the authority’s efficiency and operational effectiveness.
2014 batch IAS officer Prerna Singh, also an ACEO, has been assigned responsibility for Urban Services, Work Circles 4 and 7 of the Project Department, as well as Systems, Electricity, Road, and Transport departments. Her role will be pivotal in enhancing urban development projects and improving transportation infrastructure, aiming to streamline traffic management and urban services in Greater Noida.
