IAS officer Pinky Jowell has been posted as Mission Director, National Health Mission, UP. She is an IAS officer of 2003 batch and UP cadre. She will take charge of NHM in place of Aparna U. Ms. Jowel was sent to Tamil Nadu in 2018 on inter-cadre deputation and was waiting for posting after coming back.
Besides her, Principal Secretary (Labour) Anil Kumar has been given additional charge of the Mining Department. He is an IAS officer of 1998 batch.
