UPSC CSE 2022 Results Likely Be Out On May 23

For UPSC CSE-2022, the total number of vacancies for all services combined is 1011.

The UPSC CSE – 2022 results are expected to be declared on May 23, 2023, sources told Indian Masterminds as the final round of interviews drew closer.

The UPSC mains exam was conducted from September 16 to September 25, 2022 in subjective mode. The results of UPSC CSE Mains examination were declared on December 6, 2022 in which 2529 candidates were selected for the interviews. The UPSC CSE-2022 was conducted to fill 1,011 vacancies across all services combined.

The final round of one of the toughest exam in the world conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) to recruit candidates for 17 services like IAS, IPS, IFS, IRS, started with Interviews on January 30, 2023. The last round will be on May 18.

The first phase of the interview round lasted till March 10, 2023, while the second phase was conducted from March 3 to April 21, 2023, and third phase of interview have been underway since April 24, 2023.

Out of the 1011 vacancies, 180 vacancies are for Indian Administrative Service and 200 for Indian Police Service. There are also 150 vacancies for the newly introduced service – the Indian Railway Management Service (IRMS).

HOW TO SEE RESULT

Step 1: First the candidates have to go to the UPSC website – https://www.upsc.gov.in/

Step 2: Then, scroll down and click on “UPSC Civil Services Result 2022”

Step 3: A PDF of the UPSC Result 2022 will now be shown on the screen. Candidates can download it with just one click. It is a list of the candidates’ roll numbers who were chosen.

Step 4: Use the keyboard shortcut “Ctrl+F” and mention your name or roll number to find out successful candidates.
