UPSC CSE-2023 Interview Schedule Declared By Commission, 1026 Candidates Will Appear, Check Your Dates Here

As per the released schedule, the interviews will start on January 2 and end on February 16, 2024

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the interview schedule of Civil Services Exam (CSE- 2023). As per the released schedule, the interviews will start on January 2 and end on February 16, 2024.

Candidates who have qualified the UPSC CSE Main examination were shortlisted for interview or personality test. Successful Candidates can check the complete schedule on the official website of UPSC – upsc.gov.in.

Interviews will be conducted in two shifts. Reporting time is 9:00 am, and 1:00 pm for afternoon session.

A total of 1026 candidates will appear for the interview round in this first phase. The schedule for the remaining candidates will be uploaded later.

Candidates will have to bring their admit card for the UPSC interview. Without this, entry will not be allowed.

According to the information released by UPSC, e-summon letters for personality test will be made available to these 1026 candidates soon, which can be downloaded from the official website upsc.gov.in and upsconline.in.

  • Visit the UPSC website at upsc.gov.in.
  • Then, on the home page, in What’s New section, Click on ‘UPSC Civil Services 2023 interview schedule’ link
  • A new PDF file link will open, Click here
  • Now, candidates can check the dates, according to their roll number
  • Download the page and keep a hard copy of the same for further need

It is worth mentioning here that the traveling expenses will be refunded to the candidates who appear for the interview. Candidates should note that the traveling expenses will be refunded only to the candidates traveling by second/sleeper category train fare (Mail Express).

UPSC Main Exam was held on September 15, 16, 17, 23 and 24, 2023. The result was declared on December 8, 2023. Only those candidates who have passed the Main examination will appear in the UPSC interview.

Candidates who clear UPSC Interview will be selected for Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS) and other Central Services (Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’) posts.
