UPSC Releases Admit Cards for Indian Forest Service (IFS) Mains Examination 2024

The 2024 IFS exam will aim to fill 150 vacancies within the Indian Forest Service.

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially released the admit cards for the Indian Forest Service (IFS) Mains Examination 2024. Candidates who have successfully registered for the examination can now download their e-Admit Cards from the official UPSC website.

The 2024 IFS exam will aim to fill 150 vacancies within the Indian Forest Service.

Steps to Download UPSC IFS Mains Admit Card:

  • Visit the official UPSC website at upsc.gov.in.
  • On the homepage, click on the link labeled “UPSC IFS Mains Admit Card 2024.”
  • A new page will open where candidates need to enter their login credentials.
  • After submitting the required details, the admit card will be available for download.
  • Candidates are advised to download and take a printout of their admit cards as soon as possible.

The e-Admit Card must be kept safely until the declaration of the final result of the IFS Examination 2024.

Exam Schedule
The IFS Mains Examination is scheduled to take place from November 24 to December 1, 2024. The exam will be conducted in two shifts each day:

Morning shift: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Afternoon shift: 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM

Exam Pattern and Structure
The UPSC IFS examination is a two-stage process:

  • Civil Services Preliminary Exam – The first stage of selection for the IFS Mains.
  • IFS Mains Exam – The second stage, which includes written tests and interviews.
