Lucknow: The Yogi Adityanath-led Uttar Pradesh government on Thursday ordered the transfer of five Indian Police Service (IPS) officers, as part of an administrative reshuffle.
An official order was issued by Inspector General (Personnel) Shalabh Mathur.
Key Transfers Ordered
Among the notable changes:
DIG Gorakhpur and 2008 batch IPS officer Anand Suresh Rao Kulkarni has been transferred to police headquarters.
DIG Basti and 2009 batch IPS officer Dinesh Kumar P. has been relieved for central deputation.
Shivasimmi Chanappa, Sanjeev Tyagi, and Shivhari Meena are also among the officers transferred.
