Amidst a recent development, Mr. Anoop Kumar Aggarwal (1993-batch IAS officer), the incumbent Principal Secretary in the Department of Technical Education, Training & Skill Development, Government of West Bengal, was promoted to APEX Scale of IAS as Additional Chief Secretary, Technical Education, Training & Skill Development Department, with effect from June 1, 2024.
