IAS officer Mr. Vivek Kumar has been transferred and posted as the Additional Chief Secretary in the Land & Land Reforms and Refugee Relief & Rehabilitation Department and LRC. Mr. Kumar is an IAS officer 1990 batch and West Bengal cadre . He was serving as the incumbent Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) in the Forest Department, with additional charges as Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) in the Animal Resources Development Department and OSD in the Biswa Bangla Corporation, Resident Commissioner, New Delhi.
