The agreement ensures the continued provision of rescue affiliation and emergency cover for MOIL’s underground mines through WCL’s specialized Mines Rescue Services.

The MoU was formally signed by Dinesh Bisen, General Manager (Safety & Rescue), on behalf of WCL, and Kishore Chandrakar, representing MOIL Ltd.
The ceremony was attended by Anandji Prasad, Director (Technical – Operations), WCL, along with Anant Masade, Sachin Ramteke, and Madhaw Mishra, reflecting strong institutional coordination and leadership commitment to mine safety.
