Mumbai: In a significant administrative reshuffle, the Maharashtra government on Friday appointed senior IAS officer Manisha Patankar Mhaiskar (IAS: 1992: Maharashtra) as the Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), Home Department, entrusting her with one of the most sensitive and powerful portfolios in the state administration.
