In a long X thread, IAS officer Manuj Jindal has highlighted the evil effects of this dangerous addiction and also put forward ways to get rid of it. He writes that “this is no better than drug addiction like cocaine or heroine” and even “aspirants of competitive exams are highly exposed to this menace”.
