Everybody loves peace, whether it is us or animal. Unnecessary provocation can always lead to catastrophic events, especially with wildlife. However, many people tend to forget that and not only put their own but also others’ lives in danger. A somewhat similar incident happened near the Jaldapara National park of West Bengal where a person provoked a Gaur. The Gaur didn’t like it and attacked him.
IFS officer Mr. Parveen Kaswan has shared the video of the incident asking people not to indulge in such activities. He wrote on his X account, “In Hindi, there is a saying – Aa bail mujhe maar. Here is practical. This person even after warning provoked an adult Guar – putting everybody in danger. Gaur went into residential area. Happened before our team reached. Our teams reached & rescued the animal. With much difficulty though. Don’t provoke wildlife unnecessarily. It is dangerous”.
