Andhra Pradesh government shifted two IAS officers in the state. The two officers were posted as collectors of Guntur and Chittur and been shifted after State Election Commissioner asked to relieve them from duties.
Chittor collector Narayan Bharat Gupta has been relieved and appointed MD of Andhra Pradesh Housing Corporation Limited while Guntur district collector Samuel Anand Kumar has also been relieved and appointed as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Andhra Pradesh Scheduled Castes Cooperative Finance Cooperation Limited. Mr. Samuel has also been given additional charge of Special Secretary Rural Development.
