Chief minister Sarbananda Sonowal-led Assam govt transferred 4 IAS officers in the state.

IAS VS Bhaskar, Assam-Meghalaya 1985, has been posted as Chairman of Assam Administrative Tribunal and ACS of the state govt and Pension & Public grievance as dditional charge.

Syedain Abbasi, Assam-Maghalaya 1990, has been given an additional charge as ACS to the state government, Mines and Minerals Department.

Maninder Singh(Assam-Meghalaya 1989) has been posted as ACS to the state govt, Guwahati Development and cooperation Dept.

Biswaranjan Samal(Assam-Meghalaya 1992) has been posted as Principal Secretary to the state govt, Hill Areas Department with additional charge as MD, Assam Food and Civil Sipplies Corporation Ltd.
