- Shashank Goel (1990-batch, Telangana cadre)
- Renu Sharma (1988-batch, Union Territory cadre)
- I C P Keshari (1988-batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre)
- Sepuri Suresh Kumar (1988-batch, West Bengal cadre)
- Ram K Khandelwal (1989- batch, Bihar cadre)
